It’s important to note that this membership is not a replacement for health insurance; rather, it offers exclusive benefits for our valued members.
The annual cost for our Spa Value Plan is $480 per adult, while the Spa Deluxe Plan is priced at $600 per adult per year. Payment for the membership is made in full at your first visit, and once paid, you gain instant access to its benefits and perks. Please be aware that membership fees are non-refundable.
Please note that this plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00, nor is it considered a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. Additionally, it does not function as a Medicare prescription drug plan.
The extent of the discounts you receive will depend on the specific provider and service. It’s essential to understand that the plan does not directly cover provider payments; instead, plan members are responsible for paying for all services but will receive discounted rates from our participating providers. A written list of participating providers is available upon request.
We accept most PPO insurances plans, Medicaid/HMO Plans are not accepted.
